Mark Fincannon
Mark Fincannon is an Emmy Award–winning casting director with a career spanning more than 40 years in film and television. He co-founded The Fincannon & Associates Casting Agency in Wilmington, North Carolina, one of the most respected casting companies in the U.S. Southeast.
Mark and his brother Craig Fincannon have cast for over 200 major film and TV productions, including collaborations with Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, and other top-tier filmmakers. His notable credits include The Green Mile, Forrest Gump, The Blind Side, Iron Man 3, Dawson’s Creek, The Walking Dead, Homeland, Righteous Gemstones, Nashville, and Stranger Things (regional casting).
He has received Emmy Awards for Outstanding Casting and has worked with directors such as Spielberg, Ron Howard, and Robert Zemeckis. Mark Fincannon is known for discovering and nurturing new talent, especially within the Southeastern U.S. film community.
Bobby Rush
Bobby Rush is a three-time Grammy Award–winning blues legend. Age 91 with a career spanning more than seven decades. He has earned 17 Blues Music Awards and 50+ major award nominations, making him one of the most recognized and decorated artists in modern blues history. His Grammy-winning projects include Porcupine Meat, Rawer Than Raw, and All My Love for You, each solidifying his place among the most influential blues artists of his generation.
Bobby Rush’s work has shaped the sound of contemporary blues, and his impact continues to grow with every new release and performance. Inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame, he remains one of the longest-active and most respected figures in American roots music.
Bobby Rush has also accepted the position of Honorary Board Member of HIC.org (Human Intelligence Certificate) and has received the HIC Human Intelligence Certificate, recognizing his lifetime of authentic, human-created musical excellence.
